Job Requirements
  • Customer Sales Experience: Experience working with customer sales & support for educational materials.
  • Basic Office Skills: Basic skills on Microsoft Office, Excel.
  • CRM Familiarity: Familiar with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
  • Customer Orientation: Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Phone Handling: Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Language Proficiency: Good command of English and Malay.
  • Presentation: Presentable and resilient in nature.
