Business Development Engineer

Precision Control Sdn Bhd is looking for a Business Development Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients, and preparing proposals to meet customers' expectations.

Key Performance Indicators
  1. Meet or exceed sales targets through effective relationship building and proposal preparation;
  2. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and market share;
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions to customers;
  4. Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement;
  5. Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and pipeline status.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent;
  • At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in IOT, APS, Digitalization, or Ind4.0 related fields;
  • Experience working in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing is highly desirable;
  • Knowledge and experience in Mendix Low Code Platform and Advanced Planning And Scheduling are added advantages.
