Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide solutions to customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify market trends and suggest improvements to achieve sales and marketing goals
  • Manage daily sales operations, coordinate promotional activities, and prepare reports of progress and forecasts
  • Accountable for retail grocery items inventory, preparing monthly stock balance and spoil reports, and maintaining packing materials levels
  • Perform other duties as assigned by superior

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a primary/secondary school certificate or higher qualification
  • Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • At least 1 year experience in the food service industry or F&B service trade channel
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Independent and sales-driven individual with excellent communication skills
  • 5 working days with ability to work long hours if required
