Etika Group of Companies is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to lead the implementation of customer plans and achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and negotiation skills, with experience in FMCG key account management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with customers to develop strategic growth plans.
  • Represent Etika Group within customers' organisations for operational issues.
  • Negotiate trading terms and category development plans.

A bachelor's degree in marketing or business studies is required, along with at least 4 years of experience in similar positions or related business experience. Strong presentation skills, a proven track record, and proficiency in MS Office are essential.
