As an Senior HR Manager - Payroll Administration, you will be responsible for managing our end-to-end monthly payroll activities, commission and incentive payouts, and other HR Financial reporting.

This role involves:

  • Managing pay scales and benefits packages for employees
  • Preparing and submitting statutory contribution payments, such as EPF and SOCSO, to ensure compliance with local tax regulations
  • Developing and maintaining accurate records and reports of all payroll transactions
  • Providing support during audits by offering payroll documentation and financial reports

You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure seamless operations.

Key Skills

To succeed in this position, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, accounting, or finance
  • At least 3 years of experience in payroll administration
