**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the purchasing team and suppliers to predict product requirements and avoid stockouts or overstocking
- Assist in forecasting inventory needs based on historical data, sales trends, and upcoming demand.
- Record and track all incoming goods from suppliers, ensuring accuracy in quantities, product descriptions, and quality.
- Document all outgoing goods, ensuring that inventory levels are adjusted accordingly.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely deliveries and shipments of goods to and from the warehouse.
- Monitor supplier performance, ensuring they meet agreed-upon terms and delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of all stock movements in and out of the warehouse, using warehouse management systems (WMS) or manual logs as required.
- Regularly update and maintain inventory databases to ensure accurate, up-to-date stock information.
- Generate and file reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and supplier deliveries.
- Track the movement of goods between the warehouse and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
