**Job Summary**:
A Shipping Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating the logistics of shipping operations, from initial order through to final delivery. This role involves working closely with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and carriers to arrange transportation and ensure the timely and efficient delivery of goods to their designated destinations.

Key responsibilities include handling all necessary documentation - such as invoices, customs declarations, and import/export permits-while ensuring full compliance with applicable regulations and trade laws. The Shipping Executive also plays a critical role in internal coordination, working closely with Heads of Departments (HODs), including providing regular updates to the CEO, to ensure transparency in shipment processes and prevent any delivery disruptions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the shipment of goods to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure accurate documentation for all shipment (e.g., invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, Bill of Lading, etc).
- Liase with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transport agencies to arrange pickups and deliveries.
- Handle customs clearance procedures and ensure compliance with relevant import/export regulations including issuing K2/K9 customer forms and others relevant documents.
- Resolve shipping issues, including delays, damages, or lost items.
- Negotiate freight rates and contracts with logistics providers.
- Maintain shipping records and prepare periodic reports.
- Work with inventory and warehouse teams to ensure shipping schedules align with stock levels and customer requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with logistics vendors and service providers.
- Continuously seek cost-saving opportunities in shipping and logistics operations.
- Liaise with government authorities (Malaysian Royal Customs, Port Authority, Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers, Malaysian Industrial Development Authority, Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry), Customer Service Personnel, freight forwarders/couriers to provide most cost-effective facilities and time efficient manner.
- Request packing list and know the mode for shipment.
- Book sub-contractors and ensure they deliver within agreed terms.
- Maintain shipping records and prepare periodic reports.
- Work with inventory and warehouse teams to ensure shipping schedules align with stock levels and customer requirements.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logostics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or any related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar shipping or logistics role.
- Strong knowledge of shipping documentation, Incoterms, and customs regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with Computer systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
