**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in full **recruitment** process which includes placing of job advertisements, sourcing and shortlisting suitable profiles.
- End-to-end recruitment process including sourcing for resumes, arranging of interviews, conducting reference checks if required, etc.
- Manage job offering process and handle negotiations on compensation and benefits.
- Performs HR operational tasks that include **payroll process**, attendance & leave management, and data administration.
- **Staffing**, counsel employees for a variety of reasons including attendance, violation of company policy
- Deal with prospective clients, employees
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 1-2 years related working experience
- Possess own transport
- Independent & initiative personal skills & behavior
- Office location: Metro Pudu

**Salary**: RM2,700.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
