We’re looking for **Operations** Analyst** to bring your talent to Noventiq Malysia. You’ll be a part of our Operations Team. Job overview: Operations Analyst will ensure operational processes are carried out effectively and efficiently in Malaysia and will be based in Malaysia Office. **What you’ll do**: From the Operation Team perspective, we are using the ERP system to book all the transactions. Net Suite is the ERP system and locally we have Microsoft tools for order processing. - Assists the OM on the daily operational process on Microsoft and Complimentary Products - Ensure the SOF (Sales Order Form) submitted by the AM (Account Managers) are checked and verified with the Customer PO (Purchase Order), along with approvals from the management team - Locally processing orders on CSP and Complimentary business with proper training and guidance - Upon order processing, OS (Operation Specialist) to send the SOF to finance team for billing - Reconciliation of the CSP and Complimentary products reports against the billing issued on weekly basis and to be reported to the OM for verification and approval. - Performing PO and SO automation in NS (Net Suite-ERP System) on monthly basis to capture the cost before sending billing instructions to Finance Department - Weekly update to Reporting Manager (OM) on all transactions processed and issues - Assisting in ad-Hocs admin jobs upon Account Managers request, support on managing hardware deliveries and manage the accreditation process with new vendor etc. **About you**: - Hands-on experience with MS Excel - Knowledge in Net Suite will be an added advantage (Or any ERP System) - Minimum Degree in Business Administration or relevant field - Adequate experience with vendors and purchasing line will be an added advantage. **What** **we** **offer** - Working time: Mond-Fri, flexible working time - Attractive salary, Bonus, & Allowances for mobile, transportation, parking - Premium Healthcare insurance - Opportunities to work with global colleagues from different cultures - Annual Health check-up - External and Internal Training Opportunities & English class are sponsored by company - Birthday paid day-off & Birthday gift - Recognition program, Referral program - Working device provided or reimbursement on personal device - Other activities: annual company trip, Christmas gathering, exciting engagement events, Coaching opportunities, etc. - Annual Salary Review & Promotion
