**Key Responsibilities**:
**Purchasing Duties**:

- Source and negotiate with suppliers for raw materials, packaging and other production-related item.
- Issue purchase orders and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely arrival.
- Receive and inspect incoming materials, raw goods and supplies.
- Verify delivery documents (e.g. invoice, delivery orders, purchase orders, etc).
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production team on material movement and requirement.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing and supplier information.
- Maintain supplier relationships and update vendor databases.
- Update stock records and assist with system entry of received goods and finished goods.
- Assist in monthly stock counts and inventory checks.

**Accounting Duties**:

- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records (bank and cash book).
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices.
- Prepare and update aging reports and collection status.
- Prepare and manage logistic reports such as daily trip list, toll list and petrol receipt.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
