Programme Manager

Programme Manager to oversee the creation of a Vision plan for the Seberang Perai coast. This Vision plan is aimed at creating a new economic driver in Seberang Perai (e.g., future economy, higher value economic activities and jobs, job access, infrastructure and connectivity improvements). This will involve ~20 community and stakeholder engagement sessions.
Project manage the delivery of Environmental conservation & education programme in partnership with communities and educational institutions to improve the environmental resilience and economic value of the mangrove areas in Sungai Perai.
Managing the delivery of the Grants Programme for the Revival of small townships & neighbourhoods for the 5 selected townships and neighbourhoods to bring life and economic energy into local neighbourhoods, the grants will be curated by theme (e.g., placemaking, heritage conservation, education & upskilling) to achieve specific goals like enhanced quality of place.
Oversee the development of a Stakeholder Map and Communications Plan, and work with the internal and external vendors for the delivery of the communications.
Oversee the timely and accurate reporting of progress to management and the funder.
Minimum years of experience
5-8 years of work experience
Exposure to community and stakeholder engagement relates to Seberang Perai.
