We are currently seeking a Application Support Analyst to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur (MY-14), Malaysia (MY).

**In these roles you will be responsible for**:

- Should have flexibility and be able to adapt according to business needs.
- Coordinate with L3 and development team to provide and implement solutions as required.
- Provide Weekend support as and when necessary, depending on Client Requirements
- work on creating Change requests and work with various teams in getting that change approved and get it deployed in production.
- provide support to release management team by performing sanity and validations after successful deployment.
- work on handling Incidents and Requests and ensure to provide solution to the issues.

**Requirement**:

- Experience required
- 2-3 Yrs.
- Solid experience with ICO Blaze Advisor and FICO Origination Manager is required.
- Mandatory Skill set required for this role: UNIX, Windows, MSSQL and Oracle Payment solution on IBAS platform.
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Empathy with users
- Patience and understanding
- Acceptance of ownership
- Investigation and diagnostic skills
- Attention to detail.
- A proactive approach

**Qualification**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Equivalent / Advanced degree related to computer field.

**Preferences**:

- Flexible.
- ** Willing to work in Rotational shifts - 24/7 offsite standby support.**
