Business Administration Intern

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in preparing and organizing financial documents such as invoices, quotations, purchase orders (PO), and delivery orders (DO).
- Support the team in basic accounting tasks, including tracking expenses and updating financial records.
- Help monitor and update staff attendance, leave, and claims for payroll documentation purposes.
- Assist in administrative coordination for multiple branch operations (e.g., KK, Sandakan, Lahad Datu, Tawau).
- Participate in inventory record updates and cash ledger monitoring under guidance.
- Help compile documentation for audits, internal controls, or compliance checks.
- Support import and export documentation related to oil and waste shipments.
- Ensure proper filing and handling of confidential finance and HR documents.
- Work closely with the Business Support team to ensure smooth coordination of daily operations.
- Perform other administrative or project-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management.
**Job Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
