**POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY**
- Execution of the project planning, tracking and coordination.

**ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS**
- Responsible for coordinating programs activities.
- Support in the development of programmes to support the organization's strategic direction, as well as creating and managing long term goals.
- Develop budgets and operating plans for programs and writing program funding proposals.
- Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
- Support in the development of new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
- Conduct evaluation to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services.
- Work with a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
- Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
- Provide project analytics to highlight status of progress and issues.
- Working on tactical related matters.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to achieve programme goals.

**Key Challenges**:

- Ensuring success of transformation projects/programmes at entreprise or subsidiary/division level.
- Convincing and getting buy-in from internal and external stakeholders related to transformation projects.
- Facilitate and advise project leads on tactical matters.

**Skills**:

- Ability to design, develop and deploy data collection methods.
- Knowledge of project management principles, methodologies and tools.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.

- Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.
- Acute project management acumen and understanding of issues and challenges.

**Education**:
**External**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration, or any related technical or business discipline is required.
- Possession of a **Project Management certification** (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is **an added advantage**.
- A **Master’s degree** in a relevant field will be considered an added advantage.

**Relevant Industries**:
**External**:

- Degree with a minimum of **1-3 years’ relevant experience** in project management, transformation, or related functions.
- Relevant industries include **aviation, infrastructure, construction, property development, transportation, consulting**, or **financial modeling for development planning**.
- **Knowledge of Project Management** will be an added advantage.
