Seeking a dedicated and experienced **Production Team Lead** to supervise and coordinate the assembly of electronic components. You will play a key role in maintaining production quality, improving workflow efficiency, and ensuring safety standards are met.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the assembly of electronic components in accordance with work orders and quality standards
- Operate production tools and equipment, including soldering irons and packaging machines
- Inspect products for defects and compliance
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members and departments to achieve production goals
- Manage inventory and materials, and prepare daily/weekly production reports

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum **SPM education level**:

- At least **1 year of experience** as an operator in an electronics factory
- Familiar with electronics production machinery and processes
- Fluent in **Malay and English** _(Mandarin is a plus)_
- Good communication skills and team player
- Aged **18 to 35** (Female)
- Willing to **travel to Shenzhen, China** for 1 to 3 months for training
- Committed to a **1-year renewable contract**:

- Must have **no criminal record** and maintain **good attendance**
