Admin Purchasing

Identify and select vendors to procure products meeting criteria of price, quality, availability and delivery dates.
- Review, evaluate, and monitor purchase requisitions for proper authorization, specification and compliance. Follow up with market trend in order to identify market requirements for current and future products.
- Process day-to-day sourcing, purchasing and inventory planning activities.with focus on reducing cost or minimize price increase without compromising quality and compliance to sourcing guidelines.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure on-time delivery of products.
- Co-ordinate with Finance department with regards to suppliers invoice and payment issues.
- Review, monitor, prepare and perform-database maintenance, report & record, accuracy of procurement activities, cost analysis.
- Undertake all other duties, tasks and responsibilities as required by the management.
**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
