- Able to decipher project drawings to BOQ ,material requisitions
- Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel's performance) and report regularly on project status.
- Compares prices amongst various vendors in order to make sound purchasing decisions.
- Manage within a given budget to purchase goods and services for individual projects
- Negotiate with contractors on price, mode of shipping, and delivery time.
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support

**Requirements**:

- Working experience as a project engineer
- Knowledge of design and visualisations software such as AutoCAD.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards.
- Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
- Good time management and organization skills.
- Familiarity in collecting and analyzing data., decision-making and working with numbers.
- Possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any relevant field.
