**Position**: Sales Coordinator
**Location**: Setia Alam
**Salary Range**: RM 2,500 - RM 4,500 + Allowances
**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to support and grow sales opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service by offering product knowledge, insights on market trends, regulatory updates, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to effectively promote products and services.
- Accurately process purchase orders and prepare relevant sales documentation in a timely manner.
- Handle customer inquiries related to quotations, product specifications, samples, shipments, artwork approvals, registrations, and payments.
- Coordinate and arrange customer visits, meetings, transportation, and hotel bookings as needed.
- Represent the company at local and international trade exhibitions and support event logistics.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and fulfillment of customer requirements.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 1 year of sales experience, ideally within the rubber or glove industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive approach to building relationships.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willing to work on-site at Setia Alam.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
