**Position**: Sales Coordinator
**Location**: Setia Alam
**Salary Range**: RM 2,500 - RM 4,500 + Allowances
**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth.
- Deliver excellent customer service by providing insights into products, market trends, regulations, and industry developments.
- Work closely with the marketing team to promote products and services effectively.
- Process purchase orders and sales-related documents accurately and on time.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding quotations, product specifications, samples, shipments, artwork approvals, registrations, and payments.
- Coordinate customer visits, meetings, and travel arrangements, including transportation and hotel bookings.
- Participate in and support local and international trade exhibitions.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and fulfillment of customer requirements.

Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
- At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the rubber or glove industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for relationship-building.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willing to work on-site at Setia Alam.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
