**About the role?**:
Seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our talent acquisition and recruitment strategies.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles with a focus on the in the automotive sector and/or related industry-
Design and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals -Manage and optimize recruitment pipelines and databases to ensure timely and effective hiring-
Institutional Liaison & Partnership Development: Develop, establish and maintain strategic partnerships with government bodies (e.g., MARA, JPK), vocational institutions (e.g., Kolej Vokasional) and private automotive colleges-
Coordinate internships, apprenticeships and graduate hiring programs with partner institutions-
Represent the Company in career fairs, campus engagements and industry-government programs or forums-
Stay abreast with government programs and funding opportunities that support talent & workforce development-
Talent Strategy & Employer Branding: Supports workforce planning, talent pipeline development and succession management initiatives-
Drive employer branding campaigns to enhance the Company's presence as an employer of choice in the automotive sector-
Monitor industry talent trends and recommend proactive recruitment strategies-
Lead and support HR initiatives focused on diversity, inclusion and retention-
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure recruitment and partnership activities comply with relevant labor laws and internal policies-
Maintain accurate recruitment data and prepare regular reports on hiring status and recruitment KPIs-
Liaise with regulatory and government bodies for compliance and reporting when needed**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR or recruitment experience with at least 2 years in a strategic or managerial role
- Proven track record in liaising with government agencies, TVET institutions, and private colleges
- Experience in recruitment for technical roles in the automotive or manufacturing sectors is highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- High initiative, proactive problem-solver and able to work independently
- Familiar with recruitment tools (ATS), labor legislation and workforce planning methodologies / frameworks
