**Job Descriptions**:
- AP & AR
- Prepare Monthly Reports
- Monitor Overdue or Outstanding payment from debtors.
- Cheque preparation and online banking transaction
- Maintain Filing
- Data entry task for revenue and expenses
- correspondence to external supplier and customers on documentation queries
- Assist in office general admin and operation
- arrangement for company event and activity if needed.
- develop and update admin system to be more efficient and resolve the issue
- maintain employee profile and leave records
- payroll and benefits admin
