**Job Descriptions**
- To maintain a systematic filing system and ensure confidentiality of information.
- To assist in preparation of materials, documents, memos, cheque requisition, claims, reports, documents for presentation purposes, typing of circulars, letters are done accurately and on a timely basis.
- To ensure all office equipment within the department are in good working order with sufficient stock of stationeries.
- To assist on all theatre venue related paperwork, incoming payment, refunds, theatre maintenance.
- To help dealing with dance studio students and instructor scheduling and class payment.
- To help duty with theatre events occasionally, replacement leave is provided if duty falls on weekends.
- Potential growth from admin to executive.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum a Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably, in general office administration duties. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Mature and capable of working both in a team and independently.
- Good communication skills, especially, English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to communicate in other languages will be an added advantage.
- Computer literate, proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good filing and writing skills. Able to write simple letters and memos.
