3. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a full set of accounts including data entry, invoicing, payment, and reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and bank reconciliation.
- Manage petty cash, staff claims, and payment vouchers.
- Assist in payroll preparation, EPF, SOCSO, and EIS submissions.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting and administrative documents.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and suppliers when required.
- Support administrative tasks such as documentation, correspondence, and office coordination.
4. Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in accounting or admin field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SQL, AutoCount, or similar).
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently.
**7. Working Hours**:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
