You will be responsible for overseeing staff, managing daily operations, and delivering an outstanding guest experience. - **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Supervise and support restaurant staff to ensure efficient operation and exceptional guest service.
- Manage scheduling, training, and development of team members.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and sanitation.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely stock replenishment.
- Implement and enforce restaurant policies and procedures
- **Qualification**:_
- Proven experience as a restaurant supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills. **(min: 2.5 years)**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
