**Requirements**:
- Lead the creation of innovative and effective brand campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
- Develop strategic campaign plans, including timelines, messaging frameworks, and channel strategies.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with broader brand and business objectives.
- Coordinate with creative teams (designers, copywriters) to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
- Work closely with media partners to plan and optimize paid media campaigns.
- Develop and manage campaign budgets, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Monitor campaign spending against budget and make adjustments as necessary.
- Track and measure campaign performance using KPIs such as engagement, reach, conversion, and ROI.
- Provide detailed post-campaign analysis and recommendations for future improvements.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize ongoing campaigns and inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, product, and customer service teams, to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging.
- Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and partners for media buying, creative production, and PR initiatives.
- Ensure all campaigns adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent tone and visual identity across all channels.
- Maintain a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards to ensure compliance in all marketing activities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities.
- Utilize market research and consumer data to inform campaign strategies and improve brand positioning.
**Qualifications**:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing campaigns, or advertising.
- Proven track record of executing successful brand campaigns across multiple channels.
**Skills**:
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, CRM systems).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- MUST be able to communicate in a high level of English (including reading, writing and speaking)
**Nice to have**:
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Experience in both digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Familiarity with brand compliance and governance processes.
