Assalamualaikum dan Selamat Sejahtera, Kami mencari ACCOUNT CUM ADMIN untuk pejabat kami di Cheras, Kuala Lumpur - Mengendalikan 'Full Set of Account' dan dokumentasi berkaitan perakaunan untuk proses audit. - Menyediakan Laporan Kewangan Syarikat - Memastikan rekod perakaunan di isi ke dalam sistem perakaunan "Quickbooks" & Excel dengan betul. - Mengemaskini semua Pendapatan & Perbelanjaan Syarikat dan lain2 setiap bulan. - Bekerjasama dengan Juruaudit Luar & Setiausaha Syarikat dari segi audit / cukai dan yang berkaitan - Menyediakan laporan-laporan secara mingguan, bulanan dan tahunan untuk rujukan lanjut pihak pengurusan. - Berurusan dengan bank, followup pembayaran dari pelanggan dan yang berkaitan. - Penyediaan Pesanan Pembelian, Sebut Harga, Invois, Baucar Bayaran, dan sebagainya - Mengendalikan kerja2 admin, seperti cuti tahunan, cuti sakit, gaji, EPF, SOCSO, EIS setiap bulan. - Dan lain-lain yang berkaitan Keutamaan akan diberikan kepada yang tinggal berdekatan pejabat or whatapp En.
