Cheras, Malaysia LTN Technology Sdn Bhd Full time

**Administration & Account Management**:
**Location**: Bandar Mahkota Cheras, Selangor
**Salary Range**: RM 2,300 - RM 3,500/month (depending on experience)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain office supplies and coordinate repairs or maintenance
- Maintain records (employee files, supplier contracts, etc.)
- Assist with HR tasks (staff attendance, leave records)

**Invoicing & Basic Accounts**:

- Create and send invoices to clients
- Follow up on outstanding payments
- Record and organize expense receipts
- Assist with preparing reports for accountant/auditor

**Service Document Support**:

- Support service teams with scheduling and documentation such as FSR collection
- Maintain job files for each service job (e.g., PO, contracts, DO, FSR, delivery notes)

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in admin/accounting roles (1-2 years preferred)
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SQL, or Excel)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Basic knowledge of HVAC industry is a plus (but not required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
