Remuneration:
- Responsibilities:

- Responsible for management of all aspects of financial/ accounting functions inclusive of financial planning, formulation of budgets, budgetary controls, monthly consolidated financial statement, treasury management, loan, financing and tax planning for the company etc.
- Oversee cash flow projections of the Group to control payment and collection schedule to achieve efficiency in cash management.
- To ensure that all financial and accounting reports are in compliance with the approved accounting standards in Malaysia applicable to the Company and the Group.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including audit, tax matters and any other corporate governance.
- Oversee cash flow projections of the Company to control payment and collection schedule for individual property development project to achieve efficiency in cash management system.
- To manage and review audited accounts and to ensure all audit findings points are promptly resolved.
- Leading the periodical review on property development and construction budget with project teams to evaluate the reasonableness of financial results.
- Supervise the credit administrative function to ensure no delay in billings and collection of payment from customers and end-financials.
- Perform ad-hoc projects, analysis and forecasting related to accounts activity.

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, MACPA, CPA.
- Minimum 10 years' working experience of Financial Controller/CFO in the related fields with a property developer or equivalent industry.
- Able to work independently and lead a Finance team.
- Possess good knowledge of operational processes and accounting principles and standards.
- Possess a strong sense of responsibility, integrity, proactiveness and result-oriented.

**Salary**: RM30,000.00 - RM40,000.00 per month
