**Company Background**:
This company is a newly established company and they have a total of 6 plants. specializes in engineering, designing, manufacturing, and distributing high-quality, performance-driven products across various segments. They primarily produce **reliable tools** for the **power tool**industry, with their **headquarters based in the USA**. Their company is located at **Pekan Nanas, Johor.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR documents, and databases.
- Support new hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Coordinate employee offboarding including resignation paperwork and exit interviews.
- Prepare basic HR reports and assist in compliance with labor regulations.
- Help plan and organize company events and employee engagement activities.
- Assist in other HR functions as required by the team.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
**Location: Pekan Nanas**
**Salary Range: MYR 5,500 - 8,500**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
