**Roles and Responsibilities**

Technical Lead manages all the deliverables of the technical team

Validates and improves Technical design and specifications for team members and ensure quality control

Provides commitments on requests and projects

Liaise with the project management/Functional IT architect team to ensure that technical requirements are delivered in timely fashion and according to project quality standards and requirements.

Ensure timely and quality delivery for the respective technical deliverables

Ensure complete, accurate and concise requirements are documented and developed.

**Qualifications**
- 10 years of IT professional work experience that includes a minimum of 6 years of proven experience in SAP Abap

Minimum of 3 SAP implementation/support experience including at least 3 full life cycle implementation projects as Team Lead in Abap

Excellent analytical skills

Expert in understanding business requirements to convert them to efficient technical specifications tailored to business requirements

Efficient in work estimation & scheduling the work with development team members

Has profound experience, knowledge, and exposure in SAP S4 and ECC 6.0, LSMW, Conversions, Object oriented programming, ALE/EDI/IDOC interfaces, User Exits and BADIs, SAP Smartforms/SAPScripts, BAPI, Reports (Normal list and ALV), BDC, OSS Notes, Module Pool Programming and Configuration Exposure.

General understanding of SD/MM/WM/PP/FI/CO processes is beneficial

Good Communication Skills

Coaching and Leadership to Junior resources

Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and Third parties
