JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
What you will do:

- Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Expand market presence through strategic partnerships and networking.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term retention.
- Support company expansion plans into new sectors/regions.
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis to guide strategy.
- Strengthen collaboration between sales, marketing, and operations for seamless execution.
- Ensure a healthy pipeline of opportunities to achieve business targets.

Principal Accountability:

- Meet and exceed all monthly, quarterly and annual sales quota by effectively using dealer to prospect all Enterprise customers and to leverage cross - sell and up-sell opportunities
- End to end customer lifecycle from Identify, recruit, on-board and develop.
- Leadership qualities to guide & coordinate with clients to plan, identify new sales opportunities & initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with Product, Marketing, Programs and partnership teams to optimize go to market strategy and processes.
- Provide quantitative/ qualitative result & analysis to inform team on general trends, product and competitors.
- Ensure solid good customer experience by managing the customers relationship by problem solving, solutioning and execution.
- Weekly pipeline presentation to identify potential weekly, monthly and quarterly opportunites.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Computer literacy such as Microsoft Office.
- Possess strong leadership and Sales skills.
- Strong Business Acumen with proven track records.
- Working experience in Sales.
