Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities.
- Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

2. Business Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
- Willingness to travel and attend industry events as needed.

3. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.

4. Sales and Revenue Generation:

- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion.
- Negotiate and close business deals to drive revenue growth.

5. Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of business strategies.
- Able to work independently with a high degree of initiative.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum educational level of Master's degree in any field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role. Knowledge on **preparing project proposal** will be an added advantage.
- Excellent working experience at the managerial level specializing in Sales /Marketing /Business Development or equivalent to prove experience in dealing with clients and internal coworkers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Possess own transport.
