Administrative Officer

**Location**: Menara Southpoint, Mid Valley KL
**Job Scope**:
- Backend support role to assist with administrative and operational tasks.
- Handle all seller-related inquiries and coordinate with other internal teams
- Monitor shipment performance and highlight any issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Perform proof of on-hold validation via the SPX system.
- Investigate TNs with failed validation.
- Communicate validation results to the operations team.
- Complete assigned TNs by 6 PM daily.
**Job Requirements**:
- SPM / Diploma / Degree in a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
**Working Hours**:
- Monday to Friday
- 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
