- Penyediaan Surat dan Laporan
- Pengendalian Komunikasi
- Pengaturan Mesyuarat dan Acara
- Penjagaan Aset Syarikat (Fizikal dan Digital)
- Mengurus dan mengendalikan lesen-lesen terlibat
- Pengurusan dan pengendalian sistem
- Mengurus dan mengendalikan pejabat
- Mengurus dan mengendalikan pembayaran utility
- Audit fail dan penyimpanan rekod
**2. Tugas Pengurusan Inventori Stor (Ubat, Peralatan Klinikal, Peralatan Mesin)**:
- Order stok
- Penerimaan dan Pemeriksaan Stok
- Penyimpanan dan Penyusunan Stok
- Pengurusan Rekod Stok
- Pengendalian Penghantaran
- Penyelenggaraan Stor
- Pengurusan Fail dan Dokumen
- Renew lesen ubat dan mesin serta pekerja yang terlibat
- Update harga semasa ubat, peralatan dan lain-lain
- Menerima pesanan dari cawangan dan pelanggan luar
- Penyediaan stok mengikut PO
- Penjagaan dan penyelenggaraan mesin
- Audit stok, amalan pengurusan ubat di klinik
**3. PEMBANTU SUMBER MANUSIA (HR)**
- Latihan & Pembangunan Pekerja
- Pengambilan Dan Pemilihan Pekerja
- Pengurusan Hal Pentadbiran Jabatan Sumber Manusia
**4. Ad-hoc Tugas**
**Kelayakan Akademik**:
Sekurang-kurangnya Diplome atau kelayakan yang setaraf dengannya.
**Pengalaman Berkaitan**:
Pengalaman dalam bidang pentadbiran pejabat / pengurusan stor / Pharmasi / Klinik adalah satu kelebihan.
