**Sales**:
Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.
Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.
We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

**Your responsibilities**:
- Accountability for given territory annual medical sales target & market share. Carry out adequate ethical and operating plans, implement and take actions to meet company goals.
- Plan calls on all the assigned target audience at a frequency as spelt out in the itineraries so as to achieve effective coverage at the minimum cost and time required.
- To make product presentations in a professional manner to the healthcare professionals or other decision makers in order to gain their support to the company's products.
- Timely submission of all reports in the system is mandatory and full compliance/adherence to dateline
- To maintain and increase the number of prescribers towards our nutritional products’ portfolio.
- To execute medical marketing activities.
**The experience we're looking for**:
- Possess good knowledge of medical sales force and hospital’s stakeholder relationship management
- Knowledge in nutritional sciences and nutritional products would be added advantage
**The skills for success**:
Customer strategy; Channel strategy, Sales strategy development.
