Account Officer

**-Account Payable**:
- Perform monthly reconciliation of accounts payable against supplier statement of account.
- Liaise with suppliers and outlet manager on dispute matters for payment, invoices &, etc.
- Prepare payment & submission for approval for the payment process on time.
- Handle the overall outlet petty cash claim checking before submitting the payment process.
**-Account Receivable**:
- Ensure timely and accurate updating of monthly AR closing.
- To assist in the daily accounting function such as data entry of transactions into the accounting system.
- To maintain and reconcile the bank reconciliation and other accounting schedules.
- Assist in the preparation of the inventory and costing report.
- Handle full set of accounts timely reported to SST submission. The handles of filing, keeping records, and assuring accurate documents filing.
- General office administration works.
- Other jobs as assigned by superior from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- Malaysian citizen
- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/Finance/Banking or other related field
- Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Required skill(s): Good interpersonal skill, communication skill, analytical skill, problem-solving skill, attention to detail
- Able to perform responsibilities under minimum supervision.
- Strong sense of responsibility, discipline & commitment.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,400.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
