**Summary**:
The Key Account Officer is responsible for providing accurate and timely administrative support to the Key Account Manager for a portfolio of customers. He/She will act as a liaison between customers, key account management, and trade departments on operational issues.
**Job Requirements**:
Support Key Account Manager in implementing regional strategies.
Ensure optimal customer service and meet assigned KPIs to grow sales and profitability of assigned Key Accounts.
Deliver accurate forecasts, budgets, and business reports.
Assist with tender processing, price quotes, and rate negotiations.
Collaborate with the relevant parties to push for the volumes
Promote value added sewrvices and cross sell products
Contribute to dispute resolution with pricers and back officers, perform other related duties as assigned
Prepare performance, forecast, budget and other erquired ad-hoc business reports
Analyze data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities
Process tender, price quotes and rate negotiations for assigned Key Accounts.
Promote group services such as VAS and cross-sell activities to assigned Global Accounts.
