**Responsibilities**:
- **1. Client Relationship**:_
- To work alongside account managers to cultivate and nurture relationships with clients.
- Provide support to key account managers in documentation or enquiries, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
- Preparation of quotations and tenders promptly, following through with them.
- **2. Sales and Business Development**:_
- Liaise and collaborate closely with the team in China for efficient order processing and timely delivery, along with any necessary details for documentation purposes.
- **3. Project Alignment**:_
- Track all projects and align with the account manager regularly.
**Job Requirements**
- Proven working experience as a Sales Support Specialist or Sales Support Associate.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Teamwork and leadership skills
- Ability to converse in Mandarin
- Ability to multitask
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
