We are seeking an **Key Account Manager**to join our **Marketing Department** and support our expansion.
- **Role : Key Account Manager**_
- **Type : Permanent**_
- **Location : Accessible by MRT, Maluri**_
- **Working day /hours : 5 days, Mon - Fri, 10am - 7pm (Friday WFH)**_
- **Salary : RM4,000 onwards + Monthly Performance Bonus + Year End Bonus**_
- **Project handling : Igaming only**_

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identifying and qualifying potential clients.
- Making outbound calls to prospect and sell products or services.
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Communicating effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Resolving client issues and concerns.
- Goal oriented - Meeting or exceeding sales targets.
**Requirements**:
- **SPM or above. Fluent in Mandarin, English, Malay (both written and spoken).**:
- **Experience in Sales, Telesales, Customer Support, Account Management is preferred.**:
- **Basic computer use, G Suite and Microsoft Office.**:
- Problem-Solving Skills: Addressing client issues and concerns.
- Time Management: Efficiently managing time and prioritizing tasks.
- Negotiation Skills: Effectively persuading clients to purchase products or services.
- Entry level position available and training is provided.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
