**Responsibilities**:
Accounting:

- Manage basic accounting tasks, including handling petty cash and bank account transactions.
- Calculate and process payroll and bonuses, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Budget preparation and forecasting.
- Verify and reconcile financial documents, including contracts and leases.

Administrative:

- Plan and establish organizational structures and systems, including company and department regulations.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, provide reminders, and handle relevant assigned tasks.
- Plan, direct, coordinate and support employees-related issues.
- Translate documents and facilitate communication with employees in a multicultural environment.
- Provide administrative and clerical support, ensuring smooth office operations.
- Assist in various administrative tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance.
- Valid driver's license.

**Salary**: From RM7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
