**The Opportunity**

This role offers a mix of administration, service support, and accounts responsibilities. It’s ideal for a motivated individual with strong communication skills and a background in admin and accounts functions. You will work as part of a supportive team while also being given autonomy to manage day-to-day responsibilities. Full training on internal systems and processes (including Pronto) will be provided.

**Key Responsibilities Accounts & Finance Support**
- End-to-end Accounts Payable processing (local and overseas)
- Raising purchase and shipment orders
- Invoice processing and reconciliations
- Staff expense management (via Concur or equivalent)
- Intercompany invoicing and fixed asset support
- Supplier statement reconciliation and credit card transaction processing

**Service & Project Administration**
- Job creation and management for service engineers and project teams
- Portal invoice uploads and documentation
- Stock management and allocation to jobs
- Coordination of service and project tasks

**General Administration**
- Reception support and general office administration
- Update insurance records for subcontractors
- Manage training, events, and departmental bookings
- Ensure compliance with internal systems and documentation standards
- 2+ years of experience in administration and accounts functions (AP/AR)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and multitasking ability
- Professional and personable with a team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Proficient with Google and Google Suite advantageous
