Account Executive

**Accounting & Finance**:

- Handle day-to-day accounting functions including data entry, invoicing, payments, and collections.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR).
- Prepare monthly financial reports including profit and loss (P&L), balance sheets, and cash flow.
- Monitor clinic cash flow, petty cash, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

**Billing & Claims**:

- Generate patient bills and process payments (cash, credit card, e-wallet).
- Manage insurance claims submissions and follow-ups with insurers or TPAs (Third Party Administrators).
- Ensure timely collection of receivables from patients and insurance panels.

**Regulatory & Audit**:

- Ensure compliance with SST, LHDN (Income Tax), and other statutory requirements.
- Assist with year-end audits and liaise with external auditors and tax consultants.

**Administrative Support**:

- Maintain organized records of financial documents.
- Support procurement and inventory tracking of clinic supplies if required.
- Liaise with vendors regarding payments and invoices.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
