As an Atlassian JSM Forge Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions using Atlassian's Jira Service Management (JSM) platform. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into efficient and effective solutions using Forge, Atlassian's cloud app development platform.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Design, develop, and deploy custom apps and integrations using Atlassian JSM Forge.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance on the best approaches for implementing solutions.
3. Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
4. Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
5. Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver successful outcomes.
6. Stay up to date with the latest Atlassian technologies and best practices to continuously im-prove development processes and efficiency.
7. Troubleshoot and debug issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure smooth operation of developed solutions.
8. Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures to facilitate knowledge shar-ing and future maintenance.

**Requirements**:
9. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
10. Proven experience developing custom apps and integrations for Atlassian products, with a focus on Jira Service Management.
11. Strong proficiency in TypeScript and experience with Node.js.
12. Familiarity with modern web development frameworks and libraries such as React.js.
13. Experience working with RESTful APIs and webhooks.
14. Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
15. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
16. Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering high-quality solutions.
17. Atlassian Forge development experience is a strong plus.
18. Experience with DevOps practices and tools is advantageous.
