Atlassian Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated **Atlassian Solutions Specialist** to join our team. In this role, you will support the implementation, customization, and administration of Atlassian tools—including Jira, Jira Service Management (JSM), Confluence, and others—for our clients and internal teams. You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions that align with business goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, configure, and maintain projects, workflows, permission schemes, and automation across Jira and Jira Service Management.
- Administer Atlassian Cloud products, ensuring stable and secure platform performance.
- Gather and analyze business requirements to provide Atlassian-based solutions that streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, QA engineers, and business users.
- Provide end-user support, training, and documentation for internal teams and customers.
- Stay current with Atlassian’s ecosystem, product updates, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain documentation on technical designs, configurations, and support processes.
- Support the evaluation, configuration, and integration of apps within the Atlassian Marketplace ecosystem, including both custom-developed and third-party solutions.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

2. Proven experience developing workflows and integrations for Atlassian products, with a focus on Jira Service Management.

3. Experience with Atlassian Products (JIRA, Confluence etc..) as a key user or administrator.

4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

5. Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering high-quality solutions.
