**Responsibilities**:
Client Bookkeeping: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for our clients, including data entry, reconciliations, and recording of transactions.
Accounts Payable and Receivable: Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks for clients, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and collections.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and generate financial reports and statements for our clients, providing insights into their financial performance.
Payroll Support: Assist in processing payroll for clients, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for their employees.
Tax Compliance: Help clients comply with tax regulations by organizing relevant financial data and preparing tax-related documents.
Client Communication: Collaborate with clients to gather necessary financial information and address their queries promptly and professionally.
Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and potential areas for improvement.
Software Utilization: Utilize various accounting software and tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the accounting services team as needed.
Compliance: Adhere to accounting standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements while handling client accounts.
**Requirements**:
Education: A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent qualifications and relevant experience will also be considered.
Accounting Knowledge: Familiarity with fundamental accounting principles and practices. Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SQL Accounting) is advantageous.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in financial records and client data.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Analytical Thinking: The ability to analyze financial data, spot trends, and provide valuable insights.
Client Service: A client-centric approach with the ability to build positive relationships and address client needs promptly.
Confidentiality: Uphold strict confidentiality and data security measures when dealing with client information.
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
