HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage overall HR functions including recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations
- Support the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
- Oversee and expand GA (General Affairs) responsibilities as needed
- Foster a positive and engaging work environment
**Requirements**:
- Diploma / Degree /Master in HRM or related field
- At least 7 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or corporate setting
- Strategic thinker with hands-on experience in all areas of HR
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
- English fluency is preferred
- Immediate availability (ASAP) is highly preferred
Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM10,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
- HR experience in a manufacturing or corporate setting: 7 years (preferred)
