The Opportunity:

We're seeking a Global Master Data Officer to join our dynamic team and play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our essential business data. This global support role offers a great opportunity to contribute to seamless operations across different regions.

Here's How Your Day to Day job will look like:
- Master Data Integrity: Be the guardian of our Vendor, Customer, and other critical Master Data. You'll accurately create, update, and maintain these vital records, ensuring they perfectly reflect business needs and adhere to our global standards.- Data Accuracy & Compliance: Your precision will be key You'll verify all requests, approvals (according to Delegation of Authority), and necessary documents (data entry, data cleaning, data reconciliation) before any data creation or maintenance, ensuring full compliance.- Operational Excellence: Support critical period-end close activities, including subledger and general ledger cut-off, primarily within SAP (experience here is a plus). You'll work diligently to meet agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to maintaining and updating our Desktop Procedures (DTPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring our processes are always efficient and up to date.

What You'll Need to succeed:
- Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in data entry, data management, or a similar administrative role.- Excel Proficiency: Strong command of Excel (basic formulas, V-lookup, data matching) is essential.- Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy and a methodical approach to data handling.- Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team environment and support internal/external audits as needed.- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with SAP system is a plus.- Value-Add: Experience with Power BI and Power Query will be good.
