Job Title: Specialist, Master Data **Job Description**: - The Role : Specialist, Master Data - Entegris is looking for a Specialist, Master Data. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring SAP (System Applications and Products in Data Processing) Master Data creation and change process are implemented and adhered to in all our locations worldwide. The position will follow documented data governance processes, train master data creators/users, and manage metrics on materials, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and routings and will be in located in our EBSC (Entegris Business Service Center) in Bayan Lepas, Penang. In this role you will: - Understand end-to-end data flows and identify data dependencies in support of delivery, release, and change management for materials, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and routings.- - Serve as a SME (Subject Matter Expert) in Master Data Management, Metadata Management, and Data Governance Operations.- - Serve as the gatekeeper to ensure data quality and data accuracy across all group delivery initiatives.- - Develop and/or update key documentation, user guides, and other necessary training materials.- - Work with key stakeholders to standardize and improve their master data entry and maintenance processes.- - Coordinate the resolution of data integrity gaps by working with the business owners and IT.- - Support the technology, tools, resources, and processes required to create and maintain consistent and accurate master data throughout the global organization.- - Update all data required to officially release new and changed materials attached to an Engineering Change, enabling purchase, production and/or sales.- - Review and analyze Data Audit Reports, Identify and drive correction of errors.- - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Business Administration / Supply Chain or any related field.- - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Change Management and Data Governance Processes in an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) environment.- - Preferred knowledge of SAP (System Applications and Products in Data Processing) master data, including material master, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and routings.- - Knowledge of product lifecycle management functionality.Capable of persuading others with confidence and persuasion.
