Maintaining and periodically review the quality assurance program for FamilyMart stores.
- Ensure customer complaints and/or food safety & quality complaints from outlets are properly addressed and investigated in a timely manner. Identify root cause for complaints from customers & outlets and manage the Corrective Action Report issuance.
- To lead the internal and external audits including HACCP, Halal and any other regulatory bodies. Ensure corrective and preventive measures from each audit are implemented.
- To conduct quarterly food safety audits at outlets to ensure food safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct statistical analyses of food safety and quality data to assess compliance with related programs and determine where improvement is needed.
- To conduct food handler training when required
- To report to Head of Department on the effectiveness and adequacy of the Food Safety Management System on a monthly basis.
- To perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.

**Job Requirement**
- Possess a Degree or Post Graduate in Food Technology/Nutrition or equivalent qualification
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in similar industry with Food Handler Trainer license
- Knowledgeable in Food Safety Quality Management System Standard eg. HACCP, FSSC 22000, etc.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Self-motivated, able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good observation & auditing skill
- Able to work in fast pace environment, tight deadlines with pressure
- Able to travel around for work purpose

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
