**_JOB SCOPE_**

**_ Role : Talent Acquisition Associate_**
- Provide 1st level CV screen on requisitions to TA specialists.
- Provides best in class brand sourcing support to TA Specialists via digital and social media tools.
- Ensures all hiring paperwork is filled out thoroughly and all required screening protocols completed including medical and reference checks for all new hires as well as, psychometric tests and background checks when required.

**_ JOB REQUIREMENTS_**
- University degree is desirable
- Fluent English language skills is a must have.
- Any additional language is advantageous
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions, ensuring timely and accurate completion of required tasks
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- End to end recruitment process knowledge is desirable
- HR administration or scheduling experience would be a strong asset
- Experience working with recruitment technologies (Workday is a plus)
